Elite training on this site includes college athlete summer training and college-prep. Both are weekly training structured around abilities and goals.
What a summer block can repeat
Without a game every few days, a player can stay on skills that get skipped in season: weak-hand catches, ground balls, shooting on the move, and the fitness to repeat them. The work is repetition. It is not a promised offer.
College athletes and college-bound players
A player who is already in college may want to keep touch and fix one habit before the next season. A college-bound player may want the same kind of weekly setting aimed at gaps that show up in games. The homepage puts both under elite training. Neither setting promises a roster spot.
1-on-1 and private-group time
Specialty sessions are 1-on-1 and private groups, weekly, for 1 to 2 hours. Elite sessions are also 1-on-1 and private groups with weekly training. The site does not publish an hour count for the elite tier, so a summer plan should start from the format you want rather than from a guessed length.
Wall ball and film, on your own
Players can throw against a wall between sessions and watch a few minutes of their own games to pick one habit. Those are personal habits. They are not extra services on the site. A starting point for the wall is in these drills.
